Today I taught a class of kettlebells at Combat Sports Academy.
I really enjoy teaching, and have recently had the pleasure of teaching kettlebell training to elite boxers, wing tsun practioners as well as ordinary people looking for health and fitness. I learn a lot during these sessions as a teacher, coach and practioner.
Finally, a few very well put words;
“I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.”
